How do I connect my Planning Center account?

From your Church Vitals dashboard, navigate to Integrations and click Connect next to Planning Center. You'll be redirected to Planning Center to authorize the connection. Once approved, your data will begin syncing automatically.

How often does data sync from Planning Center?

Church Vitals syncs data from Planning Center automatically on a regular schedule. You can also trigger a manual sync from the Integrations page at any time.

Can I connect multiple integrations at the same time?

Yes. Church Vitals supports connecting Planning Center, YouTube, Google Analytics, and other services simultaneously. Each integration is managed independently from the Integrations page.

How do I manage my subscription or billing?

You can view and manage your subscription from the Billing section in your dashboard. This includes updating your payment method, viewing invoices, and changing your plan.

What should I do if my data looks incorrect?

First, try triggering a manual sync from the Integrations page. If the issue persists, email us at support@churchvitals.com with details about what looks wrong and we'll investigate.

How do I disconnect an integration?

Navigate to Integrations in your dashboard, find the integration you'd like to remove, and click Disconnect. This will stop future syncs but will not delete previously imported data.
