About Church Vitals
I'm Donnell Wyche — Senior Pastor at Ann Arbor Community Church, where I've served since 1999 and was ordained in 2004. I grew up in Washington, DC, earned my B.A. in Computer Science from The College of Wooster, and started my career as a Solution Architect at IBM before answering the call to full-time ministry.
For over 25 years, I've walked alongside congregants through hospital visits, grief, celebration, and everything in between. I've also built technology tools for ministry — including CareNote (pastoral care management), Prayetic (guided prayer meditation), and Directee (practice management for spiritual directors).
Church Vitals brings both worlds together: a pastor who understands the weight of leading a church, and an engineer who can build the tools to help carry that weight.

After 25 years of pastoral ministry, I've lived the same frustration that every church leader knows: your data is scattered across a dozen systems and none of them talk to each other.
Attendance lives in Planning Center. Giving is in a separate platform. YouTube analytics are on YouTube. Pastoral care is in CareNote. Website traffic is in Google Analytics. And somewhere, there's a spreadsheet someone made three years ago that everyone references but nobody updates.
I kept asking the same question: "How is our church actually doing?" And every time, the answer required hours of pulling reports from five different systems and trying to make sense of it all.
Church Vitals is the tool I wish had existed. It connects all your church systems into one unified intelligence platform — not just dashboards, but real insights that help you see your church clearly and act decisively.
