Limitations of Use

Protect your account credentials. You're responsible for activity under your account. Protect your password and notify us immediately of any suspected breach.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

After your free trial, your selected plan will be billed monthly or annually. You can cancel any time. Charges are non-refundable except at our discretion.

• You may cancel anytime from your account settings.
• Your account will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
• We reserve the right to archive or delete inactive or unpaid accounts.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, but we may issue a discretionary refund of your most recent charge if you reach out within 14 days of billing.

6. Cancellation and Deletion

If you cancel: Your data is deleted and cannot be recovered.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Church Vitals and these Terms of Service at our discretion, including in cases of abuse, violations of these terms, or any other breach, with or without prior written notice.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide consistent service, but Church Vitals is offered "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or error-free experiences. Occasionally, we may suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, or emergencies.

8. Communications

Church Vitals may communicate with you through various channels:

• Email: For account notifications, reports, and product updates.
• In-App Notifications: Real-time alerts and insights within the Church Vitals dashboard.

By using Church Vitals, you consent to receive communications through these channels based on your notification preferences. You can manage your preferences at any time within the App.

9. Artificial Intelligence Features

Church Vitals includes AI-powered features that generate insights, summaries, and recommendations from your church data. These features are designed to help you make informed decisions about your ministry.

• AI features process only the data within your Church Vitals account and connected integrations.
• Your data is not used to train external AI models.
• AI-generated content is provided as a convenience and should be reviewed for accuracy.
• You are not required to use AI features to use Church Vitals.

10. Third-Party Integrations

Church Vitals connects to third-party services (such as Planning Center, YouTube, Google Analytics, and CareNote) to aggregate your church data. By authorizing these connections, you grant Church Vitals permission to access and process data from those services on your behalf. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Church Vitals (a product of Digital Lighthouse Designs, LLC) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use the service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Michigan law. Disputes will be handled in Washtenaw County, Michigan.
